Angga Sari Villa FAQ - Booking, Location and Stay Questions

Question 1

How do I book Angga Sari Villa?

Accepted Answer

Message us on WhatsApp with your dates. You get availability and a written quote in IDR, usually within the hour. A 50 percent deposit locks the villa and the balance is paid on arrival, so there is nothing to pay to ask.

Question 2

Is booking direct cheaper than AirBnB or Booking.com?

Accepted Answer

Same villa, same host, usually at a better rate, because there is no platform commission in the middle. You also get a written quote and a direct line to the owner, who lives next door.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Bank transfer in IDR or USD, Wise, or cash on arrival. You receive a written confirmation with the bank details before you pay anything.

Question 4

How many guests can stay?

Accepted Answer

Up to four, in two bedrooms with king beds. The rooms are separate ensuite pavilions on either side of the pool, so two couples or a family get real privacy, not a partitioned room.

Question 5

Is the pool private and when is it open?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The 3x7 m infinity pool is for your group only and open 24 hours, with filtration running continuously. One recent guest called it the cleanest pool they had swum in across Bali.

Question 6

Is there air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi?

Accepted Answer

Every bedroom has air conditioning and a TV, and the villa runs on 100 Mbps Wi-Fi we test monthly, with a dedicated workspace in each room. Remote work here is a real option, not a compromise.

Question 7

Can we cook at the villa?

Accepted Answer

Easily. The kitchen is a full standalone pavilion with a gas stove, full-size fridge, rice cooker and even a bread maker, plus an outdoor BBQ and dining area. Cook a real dinner, not a microwave one.

Question 8

How far is Angga Sari from central Ubud and the airport?

Accepted Answer

It is in Petulu, about six minutes by scooter or Grab to Ubud Palace and the market, ten minutes to the Monkey Forest, and fifteen minutes to the Tegalalang rice terraces. Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS) is roughly 75 to 90 minutes by car, and we can arrange the transfer.

Question 9

How do I find the entrance?

Accepted Answer

The villa is down a narrow alley off Jl. Tirta Tawar, between two family compounds, so it feels hidden at first. That is the point: we send a one-page arrival guide with a map pin and photos before check-in, and the host meets you at the gate.

Question 10

Is the villa good for families with young children?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The two ensuite bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the pool and lock from the inside, and the pool has a child-friendly depth. Three generations have stayed here together, and we can suggest a trusted babysitter on request.

Question 11

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Accepted Answer

Check-in is from 14:00 with self check-in alongside our team, and check-out is by 12:00. Luggage storage is available after check-out, and late check-out to 14:00 is free whenever no other guest arrives that day.

Question 12

Can we cancel for free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel at least 7 days before check-in and your deposit is refunded in full, no fee. Message us if your plans change and we will do what we can to help.
